Integrity 3 offers a preventative maintenance for residential homeowners which provides a verification that equipment is operating properly. This includes checking electrical components, refrigeration and gas portions of equipment, and cleaning of some components as necessary. Integrity 3 does not require a signed contract to provide maintenance services to customers, and schedules appointments to meet maintenance needs in a prompt manner. Please note, we do not offer duct cleaning services.

Integrity 3 carries multiple brands of residential and commercial equipment with a focus on the American Standard and Ruud brands for most residential applications, and Daikin brand for ductless mini-split installations. Residentially each of these lines carry at least a 10 year warranty period for all major parts, with labor warranties available separately.

Commercial Maintenance, Service and Install

Integrity 3 provides maintenance, service and installation of commercial equipment of various sizes and applications; ranging from small apartment air conditioners to large commercial facilities. We have a variety of equipment brands available to us to meet your facilities needs including standard central heating and air systems, makeup air, exhaust and ventilation systems, and zoned ductless systems.

We provide seasonal maintenance and cleaning of commercial sites both small and large to a variety of customers both locally and nationally. Alongside maintenance we provide emergency service, we understand and appreciate the importance of keeping your business or tenants comfortable.

Zoning and Automated Building Controls
Direct Digital Controls (DDC) is one of our specialties. Craig and Caleb are trained and experienced in servicing and designing DDC control systems. We have extensive experience with the Honeywell LCBS line of controls, and install the Prolon line of DDC controls.
